Large-Diameter Dealer Program

Strip entering the HG508 forming section

Large-diameter tube mills for dealers: seven machine sizes, HG165 to HG630, covering finished pipe from about Φ60 to Φ630 mm. Windows overlap heavily at the lower end, so the differentiating figure between adjacent steps is the top of the window, not the bottom.

Seven Steps, Welder Power and Shipment

  1. Seven steps: HG165 Φ60–165 · HG219 Φ114–219 · HG273 Φ114–273 · HG325 Φ165–325 · HG426 Φ165–426 · HG508 Φ219–508 · HG630 Φ325–630 mm.
  2. Welder power: HG630 = 1500 kW; the other six steps are quoted by band.
  3. Heavy units ship bare with lifting points — professional lifting and rust protection required on arrival.

Programme Scope and Who It Is For

The intermediary profiles apply, and at this end of the range the standards-driven end user matters most: energy and infrastructure buyers purchasing against technical standards and delivery dates, with an engineering or procurement committee deciding. Alongside them sit distributors and regional agents holding territory.

The process boundary a dealer must be able to state: high-frequency straight-seam welding is faster in welding speed and suited to structural and general fluid pipe, while spiral submerged arc reaches the very large diameters by a different mechanism.

Configuration Tiers and What Each Tier Includes

Turnkey line or single unit, with pricing tiered by configuration reflecting scope; the eight units are the same family-level train as the rest of the range. Heavy large-diameter units are shipping partly bare, braced to frames with lifting points, which lowers packing cost but requires professional lifting and rust protection on arrival.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does the dealer/partner programme include?

What we offer: tiered configuration leaving resale margin, 50 to 90 day delivery, flexible payment with escrow, round-the-clock response from a single contact, on-site dispatch, direct spare supply, and rolls machined in-house. Programme terms are set out in writing with each partner. Territory and inventory terms are agreed case by case.

What is the minimum order and how are territories allocated?

There is no minimum order quantity and no territory allocation rule for this family. The only MOQ we apply is on the automatic spray coating line — about one set, bundled with a main line — and it does not extend to other equipment.

What are typical lead times and payment terms?

Delivery is 50 to 90 days with plant-level customisation scheduled from our own manufacturing base. Payment is flexible: a thirty per cent deposit against seventy per cent before shipment, with third-party escrow and staged payment available and multiple trade terms supported.

Minimum Order and Stock Position

There is no minimum order quantity, no stock-holding requirement and no territory rule for this family. What we offer instead is the commercial frame those terms would sit inside: tiered configuration giving resale margin, 50 to 90 day delivery, and

Marketing and Technical Support Provided

Technical support covers a single point of contact and online support, both round-the-clock, engineers dispatched on site, and installation and commissioning included in the after-sales scope. Marketing support — co-branded material, lead sharing, demonstration equipment — is agreed case by case.

On-time delivery is the criterion agents actually judge on, because their own downstream customers depend on it.
