It is a companion line to our main production lines.

Technical Specification Table
The coating line has its own working window, different from that of the tube mill that feeds it:
- Section handled: square tube from 25 × 25 mm to 125 × 125 mm.
- Wall thickness: 1.0–4.0 mm.
- Length handled: 6–12 m.
- Line speed: up to 60 m/min.
- Process chain: loading, cleaning, heating, spraying, conveying, unloading and stacking.
Wall thickness, line speed and shift output are confirmed against your pipe size, material grade and cut length at quotation. Send us those three and we will state the figures.

Line Configuration and Scope of Supply
The coating line is accepted against its own criteria: coating speed of up to 60 m/min, the section range it handles, and coating uniformity across that range.
What makes this a companion line rather than a separate purchase is how it is delivered: the coating line is dismantled and containerised together with the main line, delivered as one shipment and assembled on site in one campaign. Shipping it on its own is negotiated separately.
Unit-level scope of supply — which conveyors, ovens and booths are in the base package — is confirmed at quotation.
Wear Parts and Consumables

Who Buys This Line
The buyer for this line is a pipe or section plant that needs an anti-corrosion coating on the finished product, and the line exists to keep that step continuous and matched to the cadence of the main mill rather than done off-line.
The configuration follows the process chain directly. Material is loaded, the surface is cleaned as pre-treatment, the section is heated, paint is applied, the coated section is conveyed through to unloading, and finished pieces are stacked.

Size Change, Roll Wear and Running Cost
What does change between jobs on a coating line is the section size and length being run, inside the 25 × 25 to 125 × 125 mm and 6–12 m window. Changing within that window is a handling and conveyor setting rather than a tooling change, which is the structural difference from a roll-forming mill.
Send us the section size, length and throughput you need, and we will configure the line within its working window.

How this line is bought
The pattern is that the coating line is bought with a main line rather than on its own: it is dismantled and containerised with the main line, delivered in one shipment, and assembled on site in one campaign. Shipping it separately is negotiated separately.
The coating line is a companion to the lines in our four main product categories — welded pipe equipment lines, slitting and cut-to-length lines, cold forming equipment, and H-beam lines.

Certification
Tengtian holds ISO 9001 certification (no. 18524Q11269R2S) at company level.
Delivery, installation and support
The line ships dismantled in containers together with the main line; delivery is 50 to 90 days; installation and commissioning are included, with on-site dispatch and round-the-clock online support. A single point of contact replies round-the-clock. Payment is staged at 30 per cent deposit and 70 per cent before shipment, with third-party escrow and multiple trade terms available.
Where this line sits in the plant flow
The line sits downstream of the mill: a pipe or section plant coats finished product, and the coating step is bought so that it runs continuously and in cadence with the main line rather than being done off-line.
The acceptance criteria are three, and all three are about the coating step rather than about the pipe: coating speed up to 60 m/min, the section range the line accepts, and coating uniformity across that range.
What the Line Covers, and What to Send Us
The line is defined by its section, wall and length windows, its line speed and its seven-stage process chain. It ships with the main line in one shipment and is assembled with it on site; a stand-alone shipment is negotiated separately.
What to send with an enquiry
Section size and wall, length, throughput to be coated, and the coating specification the finished product is written against. The coating specification is the item most likely to change the configuration.
One comparison that is worth making
A coating line is judged on cadence rather than on precision. The criteria are speed up to 60 m/min, the accepted section range, and uniformity across it — none of which is a tolerance.
That is the opposite of the slitting line upstream, which is judged almost entirely on tolerances: ±0.2 mm width, camber ≤0.5 mm per 1000 mm, burr ≤4 per cent.
What the seven stages actually are
The process chain runs through seven stages: loading, cleaning, heating, spraying, conveying, unloading and stacking.
Two of them are pre-treatment rather than coating. Cleaning removes what is on the surface before paint touches it, and heating brings the section to the condition the coating needs. The line treats them as one process with spraying: surface pre-treatment cleaning, heating and spraying run continuously, matched to the cadence of the main line.
Running cost on this line is paint, cleaning medium and heating energy.
