Square tube mills for distributors. Direct forming produces square and rectangular tube from one combined mould: 30 × 30 to 500 × 500 mm, wall 1.5 to 13 mm by step, with a size change made by servo adjustment rather than a roll change and roll saving above 90%. One exception is worth stating: making 100 × 100 mm tube needs the upper roll on the final open stand changed.

What is the minimum order and how are territories allocated?
There is no minimum order quantity and no territory allocation rule for this family. The only MOQ we apply is on the automatic spray coating line — about one set, bundled with a main line — and it does not extend to other equipment.
What are typical lead times and payment terms?
Delivery is 50 to 90 days with plant-level customisation scheduled from our own manufacturing base. Payment is flexible: a thirty per cent deposit against seventy per cent before shipment, with third-party escrow and staged payment available and multiple trade terms supported.

The mechanism behind the headline number is point contact between tooling and strip, which reduces roll wear, combined with one mould set serving many sizes instead of one set per size. The tooling itself is machined in-house on our own CNC.
