Two Roll-Forming Lines, and the Terms Behind Them

1. Purlin line: C/Z interchangeable, multiple sizes from one tooling set by stepless adjustment, forming speed to 20 m/min, material 2–4 mm, 18 forming passes with hydraulic punch and cut.
2. Direct forming square: 30×30 to 500×500 mm, wall 1.5–13 mm by step, one combined mould, roll saving above 90%. One exception: making 100 × 100 mm tube needs the upper roll on the final open stand changed.
3. Delivery 50 to 90 days, plant-level customisation from our own base.
4. Payment 30% / 70% before shipment, third-party escrow and staged payment available.
5. Rolls machined in-house on our own CNC; spares ship direct.
