Tengtian supplies spare parts and rolls to distributors. Forming and sizing rolls are machined in-house on our own CNC and classified as wear-replacement spares; blades, induction coils, impeders, wire, flux, torch tips and milling inserts are consumables.
How Spare Parts Are Made and Supplied
- Rolls are made here — in-house CNC machining, so supply does not depend on an outside tool shop.
- Rolls are spares, not consumables — replaced on wear, with a changeover set supplied with the line.
- Consumable lists differ by process — an HFW line has no filler wire at all; a spiral line consumes wire and flux.
- Spares ship direct, not back through the original project channel.
- Service lives: quoted per consumable and duty cycle.
Programme Scope and Who It Is For
Buyers often raise the same concern: can a Chinese supplier keep up on after-sales and spares — who supplies rolls once the machine is overseas? Much of that doubt comes from a real lack of information, and we answer it with on-site dispatch, direct spare delivery and in-house CNC roll machining.
For a distributor this is a commercial issue, not just reassurance: continuous supply of spares and rolls is a repeat-purchase driver, and its failure at a previous supplier is a switching trigger in its own right.
Configuration Tiers and What Each Tier Includes
Spiral submerged arc line — eight categories: submerged arc wire; flux with drying, magnetic separation and recovery; plasma torch tips and electrodes; edge-milling inserts and the Ф500 cutter head; forming, pressure, pre-bending and levelling rolls; facing tools and twelve clamping dies; ultrasonic probes and reference blocks; X-ray tube and cooling parts.
High-frequency line — five categories: saw blades and cutting tools; induction coil and impeder; cooling water or emulsion; hydraulic oil and grease; forming and sizing rolls.
Slitting line — knives, spacers, rubber sleeves and separator discs, configured per strip thickness.
API inspection train — NDT couplant and calibration blocks.
The part lists do not overlap between families, and that is the first thing a distributor stocking spares needs to know.
Commercial Terms: Lead Time, Payment and Incoterms
Delivery for main lines is 50 to 90 days; 30% deposit against 70% before shipment with third-party escrow and staged payment available, and multiple trade terms supported. Precision and wear items travel crated with moisture protection, and a spare-parts pack ships with the original container.
Territory, Support and Spare-Parts Supply
Territory and MOQ — available on request.
Support — one contact, round-the-clock response, online support, on-site dispatch, direct spare shipment. A round-the-clock response is what lowers operating anxiety and keeps customers with the supplier, which is why it matters for spares as much as for sales.
What the buyer still owns — process media are purchased locally to our specification, and incoming strip grade and flatness remain the buyer’s responsibility however the spares are supplied.
Why in-house matters — outsourced tooling puts lead time, cost and consistency in someone else’s hands; the mitigation is in-house CNC capability reducing dependence on bought-in parts. Roll material and heat treatment govern shape stability.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does the dealer/partner programme include?
For main lines, 50 to 90 days with 30/70 payment, escrow and staged payment available. Programme terms are set out in writing with each partner. For spares specifically, the programme covers: rolls machined in-house, spares shipped direct, a spare-parts pack with the original container, and round-the-clock response from a single contact. Stocking terms and territory are agreed case by case.
What is the minimum order and how are territories allocated?
Both are agreed case by case.
What are typical lead times and payment terms?
Spare-parts lead times and payment terms are confirmed with each quotation.
Which configuration tiers are available and what changes between them?
For spares the meaningful classification is not a tier but a family: HFW, spiral, slitting and API each have their own part list, and they do not overlap. Within a list the split that matters is wear-replacement spares — rolls, cutter heads, probes, X-ray tubes — against continuously consumed items.
How are spare parts and rolls supplied after handover?
Rolls are machined in-house on our own CNC; spares ship direct rather than through the original project channel; a spare-parts pack travels with the original container. Continuous supply is a repeat-purchase driver, which is the commitment behind that answer.
What technical and marketing support do partners receive?
Technical: one contact, round-the-clock response, online support, on-site dispatch. Marketing support is available on request.
Tube mill spare parts supplier
What you can hold us to as a spare-parts supplier: rolls machined on our own CNC, engineers dispatched on site, and a spare-parts route that runs direct.
Welding consumables for pipe mills
Submerged arc welding on a spiral line consumes filler wire and flux; two wire spools ship with the line, and flux drying, magnetic separation and recovery equipment is supplied while the flux itself is purchased locally to our specification. A high-frequency line consumes no filler wire at all — the equivalent consumable is the induction coil and impeder.
