Tube Mill Lines for Integrators

Tube Mill (HFW)

For system integrators building a pipe plant, we supply turnkey lines or single units; installation and commissioning are included with engineers dispatched on site, delivery is 50 to 90 days, and the acceptance criterion is two sizes each running continuously and smoothly for four hours.

Scope, Delivery and What the CE Certificate Covers

  1. Scope class: turnkey line or single unit / module.
  2. Commissioning: five engineers for forty days on spiral lines.
  3. Acceptance: two sizes, four hours each, continuous and smooth.
  4. Delivery: 50 to 90 days, plant-level customisation from our own base.
  5. CE coverage: stated for each step against the certificate’s own list.

Programme Scope and Who It Is For

Two lines show how we build to a named standard: the API line’s full API 5L inspection chain and the H-beam line’s GOST R 58966-2020 capability. The integrator profile is precise: a turnkey or engineering integrator building plant-level integration for an end customer, judging on full-plant customisation capability, on-site dispatch and whole-process cooperation, with our own manufacturing base available for inspection visits, and a project or technical lead deciding.

The concern both arrive with is a real risk rather than a perception: orders are gated on the standard.

Alongside sits the energy and infrastructure buyer, who buys against technical standards and delivery dates, treats long-term service as a criterion, and leaves the decision to an engineering or procurement committee.

Configuration Tiers and What Each Tier Includes

The eight units of a high-frequency line are the expanding-mandrel uncoiler, five-roller leveller, automatic shear and butt welder, spiral accumulator, forming and sizing mill, high-frequency induction welder, flying saw, and PLC with variable-frequency control.

Turnkey line or single unit, with pricing tiered by configuration and the difference reflecting scope rather than a quality gap. Within a tier the variables are automation level (semi-automatic or fully automatic PLC), whether an in-line inspection train is fitted, and the forming route.

Commercial Terms: Lead Time, Payment and Incoterms

Delivery 50 to 90 days with plant-level customisation from our own base. Payment 30% deposit against 70% before shipment, third-party escrow and staged payment available, multiple trade terms supported. Export shipment is knocked down in containers with precision parts crated and a spare-parts pack included; heavy large-diameter and API units ship bare with lifting points provided.

Territory, Support and Spare-Parts Supply

Territory and MOQavailable on request;

Spares — forming and sizing rolls are wear-replacement spares machined in-house on our own CNC; saw blades, induction coils and impeders are consumables; process media are purchased locally to our specification. Service lives are available on request.

Support — one contact replying round-the-clock, round-the-clock online support, engineers dispatched on site, installation and commissioning included.

What the Line Is Responsible For at Acceptance

On the equipment side sit welder power matching, seam alignment and squeeze for weld fusion; sizing accuracy and straightening capability for dimensional accuracy; process and automation design supporting material yield above 93%; and quick tooling change with servo positioning limiting drift after a size change.

On the buyer’s side sit incoming strip grade, thickness tolerance and flatness, together with operation and scheduling.

The responsibility split matters more to an integrator than to an end user, because the integrator signs for the result.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does the dealer/partner programme include?

For integrators the content is scope, commissioning and acceptance rather than a partner agreement: turnkey or single-unit supply, installation and commissioning with engineers dispatched on site, 50 to 90 day delivery, and an acceptance criterion of two sizes each running continuously and smoothly for four hours.

What is the minimum order and how are territories allocated?

For tube mills, both are agreed case by case. The automatic spray coating line is different: its minimum order is about one set, bundled with a main line.

What are typical lead times and payment terms?

50 to 90 days with plant-level customisation from our own manufacturing base; 30% deposit against 70% before shipment, with third-party escrow and staged payment available and multiple trade terms supported. Punctuality is what lets an integrator hold its own project schedule.

Which configuration tiers are available and what changes between them?

The eight units are common to every tier: expanding-mandrel uncoiler, five-roller leveller, automatic shear and butt welder, spiral accumulator, forming and sizing mill, high-frequency induction welder, flying saw, and PLC with variable-frequency control. What changes within a tier is the automation level, whether an in-line inspection train is fitted, and the forming route.

How are spare parts and rolls supplied after handover?

Rolls are machined in-house on our own CNC so supply does not depend on an outside tool shop; spares ship direct rather than through the original project channel, and a spare-parts pack travels with the original container.

What technical and marketing support do partners receive?

Technical: one contact, round-the-clock response, online support, on-site dispatch, and installation and commissioning included. Marketing support is agreed case by case.

After sales service tube mill

After-sales support includes installation and commissioning, engineers dispatched on site, round-the-clock online support, a single contact replying round-the-clock, and direct spare-parts shipment with rolls machined in-house. Poor after-sales at a previous supplier is a switching trigger, which is why this list is specific rather than general.

Turnkey line or single unit, with automation level, inspection train and forming route as the variables. The largest single scope difference is the API inspection train — medium-frequency annealing, straightening, end facing, hydrostatic testing, ultrasonic and eddy-current inspection — which an ordinary welded line does not carry.
