An Iranian Delegation at the Zanhuang Works for Factory Inspection

On 30 July 2018 a customer delegation from Iran came to the Zanhuang works for a factory inspection. Factory acceptance is the part of an order buyers care about most and suppliers make easy least often: a complete line is assembled, powered and test-run in the assembly bay before it is broken down for shipment, and the customer stands beside it while that happens.

The visit covered the shop floor where forming rolls and key wear parts are machined on our own CNC equipment, the assembly bay where the line was standing, and the despatch area where control cabinets, impeders and induction coils, forming rolls and cutting tools are packed for container shipment.

The questions on the day were practical ones — how the stands are aligned, how a size change is made, what travels in which crate. Any buyer can ask for the same visit, in person or as a live video walk-through, before the commercial conversation starts.
