What Comes With a New Purlin Line

1. Supply: lines built by Tengtian — installation and commissioning included.

3. Specification: the purlin line is C/Z interchangeable, with stepless size change, runs at 20 m/min, takes 2–4 mm material and has 18 passes.

Territory, Support and Spare-Parts Supply

What wears. Purlin forming rolls in bearing steel hardened after machining; dies and cutters in hardened Cr12; under-specified rolls or dies show up as poor profile edge and dimensional drift.

Who supplies. Rolls are machined in-house on our own CNC, which is both a manufacturing capability and the answer to whether spares keep up after delivery; continuous supply is a repeat-purchase driver and its failure a switching trigger.
